Your master BT wall socket must be connected to a VDSL enabled exchange. Your existing master BT wall socket will be updated with a new VDSL faceplate as part of your free BT Engineer appointment. This new socket faceplate will contain a separate port for voice (phone) and data (broadband), with no need for a microfilter.
VDSL modem (supplied free with your BT Engineer appointment - not supported by Fasthosts) plus separate router (not included).
