Thanks to our multiple redundant internet connections, Fasthosts are so confident that your dedicated server will experience the highest levels of up-time, that if your server does experience downtime, we'll refund your money.
The highest levels of uptime are your guarantee
If ever our internet connectivity fails to meet the 99.99% up-time guarantee for your dedicated server, you'll be eligible to claim for one day's service fee for every hour that your server is unavailable.
But don't hold your breath - our track record is formidable when it comes to up-time and we'll be doing everything we can to keep your server operating at its optimum level in our dedicated UK data centre.
Please note: If we cannot fulfil this dedicated server SLA, any compensation will be limited to the total fees that you have prepaid, excluding setup fees.
