If ever our internet connectivity fails to meet the 99.9% up-time guarantee for your dedicated server, you'll be eligible to claim a refund of one day's service fee for every hour that your server is unavailable.
But don't hold your breath - our track record is formidable when it comes to up-time and we'll be doing everything we can to keep your server operating at its optimum level in our dedicated UK data centre.
Bandwidth contention - what you buy is what you get
We guarantee to provide the stated virtual pipe bandwidth for your dedicated server. Even if your traffic doesn't need anything near 512 Kbps, if there's a serious upturn in traffic to your site… every bit of the
512 Kbps will be available to your server whenever the demand is there.
With a Fasthosts dedicated server, you also have the capacity to increase your internet bandwidth instantly via your web control panel so as your web projects grow in popularity, so can your capability to accommodate more traffic.
