Open a free Fasthosts domain name account

Open your free Fasthosts domain name account now. Your account will be activated and ready to use immediately. (Skip this step if you already have an account with us)

Choose a package

Log into your Fasthosts account and select "Web hosting" from the "Services" dropdown menu. Then simply follow the on-screen instructions to set up the website hosting or email package of your choice using your domain name. Your package will be activated straight-away.

Change your domain's nameservers

Once you've set up your new package, ask your current provider to point your domain's name servers to the following:

• ns2.livedns.co.uk
• ns3.livedns.co.uk

If your domain provider allows you to have more than two nameservers, you can use ns1.livedns.co.uk as a third nameserver.

Nameserver changes can take up to 72 hours. This will point your domain name to our servers, allowing it to work with your new website hosting and email service with Fasthosts - it really is that easy!
