Oct 7thWhen you use domain name credits to pay for domains I would like to see a record of this transaction somewhere so that I can keep tabs on how my credits are used.

Thanks for this suggestion. We had a few customers give similar feedback which is why we've added a new feature in the control panel to view Domain Credits. If you go to the "Billing" --> "Payment Options" --> "Domain Credits" you can view credits there.

JamesOct 5thGreat service from Fasthosts. Sites rarely experience a problem, adn any issue is quickly fixed. I would rate them as 100% in terms of service and support I host several sites with Fasthosts and would not change lightly - why change something that works well!

JamesAug 28thThe context of my review is from the standpoint of being "nervous" around IT. Whilst app's is my comfort zone all is most definitely not. My appreciation of the service Fashosts offers me is that they dealt with me with patience and professionalism. At no time was I made to feel inadequate or embarrassed. An excellent experience – especially in the days when so many have little time to give to those who are not up to speed with IT issues.
