In general I like Fasthosts. The pricing is fair, the service is good and support great. I have experienced some issues in the past regarding email server down time which appears to be resolved now and has not been an issue for over 12 months. My only comment for improvement is the additional charges for Advanced Mailboxes, WebStats... I understand the reasoning for the extra charges but it's a big headache managing so many minor invoices with my clients. A larger subscription would be better.

That is a fair comment about the email platform and was something we knew we had to improve. Last year we moved the platform onto Exchange 2010 which is much more stable and it is good to read that you've had no issues in 12 months. Thanks for your suggestion about the minor charges. I'll raise that with the relevant departments.
I have been hosting with Fasthosts for over two years and have never come across a situation that could not be resolved. The support staff are there 24hrs a day. As a reseller for Fasthost I can only say the service is outstanding from sales through to technical support. The system has to be the easiest to use and enables me to offer my customers a first class service which is faultless. We would strongly recommend anyone to Fasthosts who wish to setup online

We have been a Fasthosts reseller for almost 5 years now and continue to be pleased with the all round service that I get as a reseller. We host a large number of sites for one fixed manageable and affordable fee and the server resilience is always good. The support documentation is excellent and is always being added to and although we don't use the telephone support as things are rarely that urgent, email support is excellent and most issues are dealt with and resolved within a day.

We have been using Fasthosts for many years to host our clients' web sites. We have found support response to be quick and helpful, with any minor glitches sorted straight away over the telephone. Support staff are obviously well up to speed on Fasthosts servers and the associated infrastructure. I can see no reason why we will not be using your services well into the future.
