Whilst we have brought out lower cost packages to compete with the changing marketplace we do try and add value to the purchase you made originally. Such as improving the control panels, making the server infrastructure more reliable, offering new channels of support such as Twitter and Facebook, and providing helpful blog content. Where we can reduce prices to existing customers we do and as a small gesture of goodwill I have refunded your latest hosting charge.

Web HostingSep 19thThe site builder is good and easy to use, except for the tables. A 'delete this item' would be good once you click onto them as on other elements, but also I couldn't find how to align a table differently on a page (e.g. centrally or on the right of the page). Also, I would like to be able to adjust the amount of space around pictures. Even with what is referred to as space around them, the text is still far too close and it looks odd.
