Step 1: Log into your Fasthosts control panel and click Domains.
Step 2: Click the relevant domain name.
Step 3: Click Email settings.
Step 4: Click the mailbox that you want to remove Good Mobile Messaging from.
Step 5: Click Mobile messaging.
Step 6: Click the Disable button in the Disable GoodLink mobile access section.

Step 7: Follow your handheld device manufacturer's instructions to perform a hard reset on your device.
Warning: This will irreversibly wipe all data from your handheld device. You should back up your data before resetting it.
