Troubleshooting Webmail
Webmail is an advanced tool for accessing your email on the move, and has many of the features of a full email client, such as Outlook or Thunderbird.
Choose the relevant interface
Different web browsers have different features, and matching the interface with your web browser will ensure you have the best experience with Webmail.
- Internet Explorer 6 and above or FireFox 2.5 and above: Select the Advanced (IE/FF) option from the Interface drop down menu when logging into Webmail.
- Other modern browsers: Select the Simple (AJAX Browser) option from the Interface drop down menu when logging into Webmail.
- Other web browsers: If your web browser doesn't fall into the above categories, select the Basic (Any browser) option from the Interface drop down menu when logging into Webmail.
Some buttons don't appear to work when clicked
Your web browser will open some features of Webmail in a new window. Pop up blockers built in to the web browser may prohibit these windows from opening. You should ensure your web browser has popup blockers disabled, or that Webmail is added to your trusted sites list.
