Direct Push email is not working
You can start using Direct Push on your Windows Mobile 5 device by setting up ActiveSync.
ActiveSync is asking for a password
ActiveSync uses your standard mailbox password but a different username from the one you use to access your Exchange mailbox normally.
Example ActiveSync username: USER_123456
If you enter an incorrect username, you may not be warned that your username is invalid. Instead, you'll be asked to re-enter your password.
If you're certain that your password is correct, please check the ActiveSync username.
ActiveSync appears to work but I'm not receiving pushed email
- You can choose how often ActiveSync checks your email. Set the ActiveSync schedule to receive email "As items arrive", rather than at timed intervals.
- By default, Direct Push is active on your mobile device. However, check in your device's "Comms Manager" application (from the Start->Programs menu) to ensure that it is.
