Hardware and software requirements for Exchange email
To use an Exchange mailbox, you should use Outlook Web Access (OWA) or install a client application (e.g. Microsoft Outlook) on your local PC and configure it according to instructions.
To do this, please refer to the article: How do I connect to my Exchange mailbox
We recommend that you use a computer with the following minimum specification for a satisfactory experience: Pentium II (500Mhz); 64 Mb RAM; and a broadband internet connection.
Dial-up connections can be used, in which case it is recommended that users keep a local copy of their Exchange mailboxes, rather than maintain all folders on the server only.
To do this, please refer to the article: How to make a copy of your Exchange mailbox data.
