The information found in this knowledge base article is also in the email sent to you when you activated Good Mobile Messaging on your mailbox.
Step 1: Visit https://get.good.com in Internet Explorer on your Pocket PC device.
Step 2: Click Download now.
Note: Your smartphone's date and time must be set correctly before you begin the download.
Step 3: Once the file has downloaded, it should automatically run. If not, select OTASetup from the Start menu. You may need to select Next a number of times before you see the application in the menu.
Step 4: Enter the the email address you have activated for use with Good Mobile Messaging, then click Next
Step 5: Enter the 30 digit numeric PIN that is displayed in the Mobile Messaging section of your Fasthosts control panel. You may also be asked to specify your mobile network and phone number.
Step 5: The Good Mobile Messaging software will take around 10 minutes to download to your smartphone.
Step 6: Good Mobile Messaging will automatically initialise, synchronising your email, contacts, calendar and tasks from Outlook, in the background. This will take approximately 20 minutes for the average Outlook user.
The Good Mobile Messaging software should now be installed on your smartphone.
