Good Mobile Messaging to your Exchange mailbox

You can activate Microsoft Exchange mailboxes for use with Good Mobile Messaging (formerly GoodLink) software on any Pocket PC, Windows Mobile or Palm Treo device.

Important: You should check that Good Mobile Messaging is compatible with your mobile device before enabling it on your mailbox. Devices compatible with push email

Step 1: Log into your Fasthosts control panel and select Domains from the Admin menu.

Step 2: Choose the relevant domain name, then click Email settings.

Step 3: Click the Exchange mailbox you want to use with GoodLink, then click Mobile Messaging.

Note: Good Mobile Messaging will disable Exchange Direct Push, if you are already using it.

Step 4: Click Enable GoodLink mobile access. When asked, confirm that you want to enable the mailbox for use with GoodLink.

Step 5: Download and configure Good Mobile Messaging for your device.
