Step 2: The domains in your account will be listed. Click the relevant domain name.
Step 3: Under Email settings, in the left-hand menu, click Public folders.
Step 4: In the Modify public folders space allocation section, you may have the option to either increase or decrease your public folder space. Select the appropriate radio button.
If you can only increase or decrease the space, you will only be offered that option.
Use the drop-down list to choose how much space to add or remove, then click the Next button.
Step 5: Whenever you make changes to public folders, check the permissions of your folders, as described in our article How to view and create public folders.
Step 6: Click the Finish button to confirm.
