Please ensure you have enabled Good Mobile Messaging on your Exchange mailbox before installing Good Mobile Messaging on your device.
Important: This article ONLY applies to Orange SPV C500 and C550 smart phones. Good Mobile Messaging does not currently work on the C600.
Step 2: Once our support team has confirmed that your mailbox is configured for use with an Orange SPV Cxxx smartphone, visit https://get.good.com/ in Internet Explorer on your phone.
Step 3: Select the Orange link.
Step 4: Select Download now.
Note: Your smart phone's date and time must be set correctly before you begin the download.
Step 5: Once the file has downloaded, it should automatically run. If not, select OTASetup from the Start menu. You may need to select Next a number of times before you see the application in the menu.
Step 6: Enter the the email address you have activated for use with Good Mobile Messaging on an Orange SPV Cxxx smart phone, then click Next
Step 7: Enter the 30 digit numeric PIN that is displayed in the Mobile Messaging section of your Fasthosts control panel. You may also be asked to specify your mobile network and phone number.

Step 8: The Good Mobile Messaging software will take around 10 minutes to download to your phone.
Step 9: Good Mobile Messaging will automatically initialise, synchronising your email, contacts, calendar and tasks from Outlook, in the background. This will take approximately 20 minutes for the average Outlook user.
The Good Mobile Messaging software should now be installed on your phone.
