To enter the draw you must purchase a Fasthosts product between 1st - 30th June 2022. There is no entry fee. Only one prize is available.
To qualify to enter this competition you must be a resident in the United Kingdom and aged over 18 years.
By entering this prize draw, you are providing your data, including contact details, to Fasthosts which may be used for marketing purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties. If you do not wish to receive marketing emails, you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe. We will not contact you for marketing purposes unless you have given us your prior consent.
The competition will close at midnight on 30/06/2022.
One winner will be drawn on 03/07/2022. The winners will be drawn at random and will be contacted via the contact information provided when entering the competition.
A member of staff from Fasthosts will attempt to contact you to give you the details of your prize within 72 hours.
The prize received will match the prize stated as far as reasonably practicable, the prize is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternative will be offered. Fasthosts may substitute the prize or component parts of it at its sole discretion.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, cash-back or voucher offer being run by Fasthosts.
Entrants are permitted to have one entry per prize draw.
Fasthosts provides no warranty as to the quality of any competition prizes.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner by the email or telephone number provided on the competition entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within two days of the draw date or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
Failure to respond and/or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Fasthosts reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the competition terms and conditions and associated rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Fasthosts website.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the competition, the decision of Fasthosts shall be final and under no circumstances shall there be any correspondence or discussion in respect of said decision.
Fasthosts will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Fasthosts takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
Fasthosts reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it suspects that the entrant has not complied with these terms and conditions. Fasthosts reserves the right to make decisions about compliance with these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
Fasthosts shall comply with its respective obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
