The Role

This is a full-time, shift-rota based position, which comes with a competitive salary, lucrative bonus scheme, generous benefits and an uncapped earning potential.

Situated in a fun, fast-paced and extremely friendly office environment, we provide 24/7 multi-channel technical and user support to our customers via Phone, Email, Chat and Social Media. We work to a number of clearly defined performance targets designed to support our goal of delighting our customers. Successful candidates are placed onto a three month development program, giving them the required skills to support our customers.

Ongoing training and development underpins everything we do, so we especially look for individuals who love to learn and who want to become ‘experts’.

Skills and experience

Essential:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the desire to succeed.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a call centre / customer service environment
  • Experience and confidence in handling difficult customers
  • Experience / exposure to a range of hosting technologies and their operating systems.
