The 60-day reseller money back guarantee applies to all resellers for specific products and services. Excluded products are limited to all servers and server related add-on products, domain name registrations, transfers and privacy.
In the event a reseller cancels any or all products and services, only those products and services which are part of the money back guarantee will be refunded.
Any request for cancellation pursuant to the money back guarantee must be received within sixty (60) days of the initial order being placed.
In order to qualify for the money back guarantee, any request for cancellation must include the following information; full name of account holder, Fasthosts account number, email address, telephone number and reason for cancellation.
The subscription fee will be included within the money back guarantee for new Fasthosts resellers.
In the event that a new reseller cancels their subscription, all services will be terminated, including but not limited to, the services purchased with this offer.
For existing Fasthosts Resellers the subscription fee is outside the money back guarantee.
In the event a Customer breaches any part of our General Terms & Conditions, including these money back guarantee terms and conditions, Fasthosts reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account as a result of any such breach.
Fasthosts reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw the money back guarantee. Any products or services purchased prior to any such change shall still qualify for the money back guarantee.
