From 1st January 2021 to 31st June 2022 inclusively Fasthosts will randomly draw one winner from all existing customers who have completed the Listing Coach online survey during that period.
The draw is only open to existing customers who have already opted in or who change their preferences to opt in to receive news & offers by email.
A prize of £250 worth of Amazon vouchers will be given to one randomly drawn on 31st June 2022.
There is no entry fee and no additional purchase necessary to enter this draw.
To qualify to enter this competition you must be an existing customer with an active Listing Coach product in your Fasthosts account and be over 18 years old.
By entering this prize draw, you are providing your data, including contact details, to Fasthosts which may be used for marketing purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties. If you do not wish to receive marketing emails, you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe.
The prize draw competition will close at midnight on 31/06/2022.
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternative will be offered unless Amazon vouchers become unavailable and then suitable substitute will be provided at the absolute discretion of Fasthosts.
Entrants are permitted to have one entry during the competition period, any additional surveys completed will not be deemed to create further entries.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner by the email assigned to that customer account. If the winner cannot be contacted within two days of the draw date or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
Failure to respond and/or failure to meet the eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Fasthosts reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions and any associated rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Fasthosts website.
Fasthosts decision as to draw winners shall be final and binding and under no correspondence shall be entered into.
Fasthosts reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
The draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
