The Role

We are looking for a skilled, organised, and motivated PPC Professional to join our established in-house online marketing team as a PPC Manager.

You will be working closely with the Head of Online Sales, and the Product Management team, to ensure each product campaign is optimised, and that KPIs and sales objectives are achieved.

You will ultimately be responsible for implementing and executing the PPC strategy for the Fasthosts business and will own the PPC channels including Google AdWords, Bing and Social Media channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Using best practice to define and implement the PPC strategy to achieve the business goals and objectives
  • Develop and manage paid search campaigns across multiple channels
  • Identify new opportunities to maximise brand exposure
  • Own and manage all tools to support and optimise performance media activity including bid management, competitor benchmarking, etc
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all paid digital marketing
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Create and manage ad copy
  • Sales planning and forecasting
  • Continual testing to optimise performance
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and prepare regular performance reports for senior management
  • Fine tuning the account to ensure maximum ROI for every pound invested

What experience do I need?

  • Experience in hands on PPC environment managing Social advertising, PPC and Display campaigns
  • Strong paid search experience
  • Excellent understanding of online marketing best practice, particularly PPC, Social and Display
  • Commercially minded with practical knowledge of ecommerce structure including experience managing large budget accounts in an ecommerce environment
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager, Analytics, AdWords and Data Studio
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts & strategies
