The prize draw is open to all visitors to the Fasthosts exhibition stand K8 at IPEXPO 2017 who provide their contact details, in person except any employees (and their families) of Fasthosts and any other related group company.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The IP EXPO Prize Draw runs at the conference from 10am 4th October to 2pm 5th October 2017.
By entering this prize draw, you are providing your data, including contact details, to Fasthosts which may be used for marketing purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties. If you do not wish to receive marketing emails, you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe. One winner will be drawn at random and announced at the event at 3.00pm on the 5th October, where you may collect your prize from the Fasthosts stand.
Winners will also be announced on Fasthosts social media channels and in a Fasthosts email. IP EXPO may also include the announcement on their own post-event newsletter.
To qualify to enter these competitions you must be resident in the United Kingdom and aged over 18 years.
Entrants are permitted to have one entry per prize draw.
All entries must be received by the closing time of 2.00pm on 5th October.
The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
Fasthosts provides no warrantee to the quality of any competition prizes.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner by the contact details, primarily email, provided on the form if they are not present at the time of the announcement.
If not collecting in person at the event, the winner should respond to the email by confirming a postal address to which the prize will be delivered.
If the winner cannot be contacted within two weeks of the draw date or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Fasthosts reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the competition terms and conditions and associated rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Fasthosts event blog.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the competition, the decision of Fasthosts shall be final and under no circumstances shall there be any correspondence or discussion in respect of said decision.
Fasthosts will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Fasthosts takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
Fasthosts reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
Fasthosts shall comply with its respective obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
