The following conditions apply to the Fasthosts Ads Manager service (“the Service”) that You purchase through Fasthosts. In addition to these terms of use, our Fasthosts General Terms and Conditions also apply. These terms take precedence over the general Terms and Conditions in the event of a conflict.
The Service is provided to facilitate You in search engine marketing for Your website (hereafter referred to as "website"). Fasthosts will act as a virtual media agent for You.
Fasthosts will produce advertising copy for You, which will appear as an advertisement when internet users input certain keywords on search engine and portal websites.
Fasthosts shall monitor generated clicks, the associated performance of the advertising texts and the chosen keywords.
The number of clicks depends on various factors, such as the demand for the keywords and Your budget.
You shall specify the monthly budget for clicks.
You must purchase a monthly pre-paid budget to launch advertising campaigns
You will not include on Your website nor in any pages or sub-pages nor in any banners nor in any e-mail address or other matters appearing in the website anything which is unlawful or immoral or which infringes the rights of third parties (trademarks, protected names, copyright, data protection etc.).
In order to use the material on Your website, You grant Fasthosts a non-exclusive worldwide, free of charge, unlimited and irrevocable license and the right to sub-license for the purposes of copying, distributing, amending, displaying and publicising the content in connection with the service.
If You breach Google Ads Terms, or cause Fasthosts to be in breach of the Google Ads Terms, Fasthosts may terminate or suspend the Service immediately.
Any failure to comply with these terms by You may result in suspension and or termination of the Ads Manager Service.
