AI Receptionist "First Month Free" Terms and Conditions

  1. The "First Month Free Trial" promotional offer (the "Offer") provides eligible Customers with the Fasthosts AI Receptionist Service (the "Service") free of charge for an initial promotional period of one (1) calendar month from the date of order completion (the "Trial Period").
  2. The Offer is applied automatically to the Customer's basket at checkout. There is no requirement for the Customer to input a promotional voucher or discount code.
  3. The Offer is available to both new and existing Fasthosts customers, subject to a limit of one (1) free trial per Customer account.

  4. Continuous Payment Authority and Automatic Billing Renewal:

    1. To activate the Offer, the Customer must maintain a valid, current payment method registered within their Fasthosts Control Panel and grant a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) in accordance with Clause 4 of the Fasthosts General Terms and Conditions.
    2. IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT CANCEL THE SERVICE BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF THE TRIAL PERIOD, THE SERVICE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND CONVERT INTO A STANDARD CHARGEABLE SUBSCRIPTION.
    3. Immediately upon the expiration of the Trial Period (at the start of the second month), the Customer will be automatically billed for the subsequent period at the standard retail rate applicable to the service tier selected at checkout, as published on the Fasthosts website. Billing will recur on a monthly rolling basis.

  5. Cancellation Online Anytime:

    1. The Customer is under no obligation to continue the subscription and may cancel the Service at any time during the Trial Period without incurring any contractual termination fees or service charges.
    2. To prevent automatic conversion to a paid subscription, the Customer must submit a cancellation request through their online Fasthosts Control Panel via the billing section or contact Fasthosts via telephone to arrange cancellation before the final day of the Trial Period.
    3. The Service will remain active until the end of the Trial Period, at which point access will terminate safely, and no charges will be levied.
  6. If the billing frequency or core parameters of the Service are modified by the Customer during the Trial Period, the Offer will automatically terminate with immediate effect, and the Service will become immediately chargeable at standard rates.
  7. Fees accrued after the expiration of the Trial Period are non-refundable, subject to the standard provisions set out in Section 5 (Refunds) of the Fasthosts General Terms and Conditions.
  8. Fasthosts reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Offer, extend the Offer framework, or withdraw the Offer entirely for new sign-ups at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  9. This Offer applies strictly to the AI Receptionist Service and is subject to the Fasthosts General Terms and Conditions, the AI Receptionist Service Specific Terms, the Fasthosts Acceptable Use Policy, and any other applicable terms available on the Fasthosts website.
