Fasthosts Customer Focus Event Raffle Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

In-person raffle – Gloucester Rugby customer event, Kingsholm Stadium, 17 November 2026.

Promoter: Fasthosts Internet Limited, Registered in England and Wales under company number 03656438, with registered office at 2 Cathedral Walk, The Forum, Gloucester, United Kingdom, GL1 1AU (‘Fasthosts’)

  1. How to participate

    1. This prize draw (the "Raffle") is only open to individuals who are physically attending the Fasthosts customer event held at Kingsholm Stadium, Gloucester, on 17 November 2026 (the "Event"), as a guest of Fasthosts Internet Limited ("Fasthosts", "we", "us", "our").
    2. On arrival at the Event, attendees must provide their name (and, where requested, email address) at the registration or sign-in point in order to be entered into the Raffle.
    3. Only one (1) entry per attendee is permitted, regardless of how many times an attendee's details are recorded at sign-in.
    4. Entry into the Raffle is only available to those attending the Event in person. Entries cannot be submitted online, by post, by phone, or on behalf of someone who is not present at the Event.
    5. By signing in at the Event, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
    6. There is no fee to enter this Raffle.
    7. Fasthosts reserves the right to cancel or amend this Raffle and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including if the Event is cancelled, postponed or rearranged.

  2. The Event and closing of entries

    1. The Raffle relates to a single Fasthosts customer event taking place at Kingsholm Stadium, Gloucester, on 17 November 2026.
    2. Entries will be accepted from the time attendees begin arriving and signing in at the Event, and will close at a time on the night specified by Fasthosts staff before the draw takes place. Any sign-in after entries have closed will not be included in the draw.

  3. Selection of the winner

    1. One (1) winner will be selected on the night of the Event.
    2. The winner will be the attendee randomly drawn from all valid entries (i.e. all attendees signed in before entries closed) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    3. The draw will take place in person at the Event. If the winner is not present when the winning entry is drawn, Fasthosts will contact them using the details provided at sign-in.

  4. The prize

    1. The prize is two (2) tickets to a Gloucester Rugby home fixture during the 2026/2027 season, including lounge access for that fixture (the "Prize"). The specific fixture and date will be confirmed with the winner subject to availability.
    2. The Prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any other costs or expenses associated with attending the fixture, except where expressly included as part of the lounge package.
    3. There is no cash alternative to the Prize. The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
    4. The winner may choose to give the Prize, in whole, to another person to use. The Prize is otherwise subject to availability, and Fasthosts reserves the right to substitute it with one of equivalent value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require this.

  5. Eligibility

    1. To enter, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom.
    2. Employees of Fasthosts Internet Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
    3. You must be attending the Event in person as an invited guest of Fasthosts to be eligible to enter.

  6. Notification and receipt of the prize

    1. The winner will be announced on the night of the Event.
    2. If Fasthosts is unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond, within 14 days of the Event, the Prize will be forfeited and Fasthosts may select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
    3. Arrangements for the Prize (match tickets and lounge access) will be confirmed directly with the winner, subject to fixture availability during the 2026/2027 season.

  7. Publicity and personal information

    1. By entering this Raffle, you agree to your name and contact details being used to process your entry, contact you if you win, and arrange the Prize. Fasthosts will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy: https://www.fasthosts.co.uk/terms/policies/privacy-notice.
    2. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Raffle, such as being named or photographed at the Event.

  8. General

    1. This Raffle is operated by Fasthosts Internet Limited, 2 Cathedral Walk, The Forum, Gloucester, GL1 1AU.
    2. While nothing in these terms and conditions limits Fasthosts' liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, Fasthosts will not be legally responsible to entrants or the winner for losses that were not foreseeable at the time of entry, or which are caused by a third party.
    3. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results, or any other matter relating to this Raffle, the decision of Fasthosts is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
    4. Fasthosts reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably suspects has not complied with these terms and conditions.
    5. Fasthosts will not be liable for any failure or delay in the Prize being provided for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
    6. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
