Loyalty Discount Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Offer

    1. This Offer applies only to the specific service package indicated in the promotional communication ("Offer"), which will be provided via email and/or displayed in the control panel. It cannot be applied to any other service package.

  2. Contract Status

    1. Acceptance of the Offer does not modify the existing contract including the agreed contract term and cancellation provisions. The Offer constitutes a one-time billing concession during the current contract period. All other terms of the original agreement remain fully binding and enforceable.

  3. Application of Discount

    1. The discount:
      1. Will apply to the next invoice issued after acceptance of the Offer;
      2. Is not retrospective and cannot be applied to previous invoices;
      3. Is exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
    2. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all future renewals or upgrades will be charged at the standard pricing in effect at the time, as displayed in the Fasthosts control panel.

  4. Expiry and Reversion

    1. The discount provided under this Offer is valid for the period as explicitly stated in the promotional communication, within the existing contract term. After this period, the service package will automatically revert to the standard pricing applicable under the existing contract.

  5. Limitations

    1. Unless stated otherwise:
      1. Only one in-contract discount may be applied per service package;
      2. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion;
      3. The Offer has no cash value, is non-refundable, and is non-transferable.

  6. Right to Amend or Withdraw

    1. Fasthosts reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend the Offer at any time, without notice, prior to acceptance.

  7. Governing Terms

    1. By accepting this Offer the Fasthosts General Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Terms and Conditions available on Fasthosts website, which govern the provision of the service packages, will continue to apply.

  8. Governing Law

    1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
