Renewal Discount Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer Validity

    1. This offer is valid for a period of up to four (4) weeks prior to the renewal date of the relevant service package ("Offer Window"). The offer expires on the renewal date and cannot be applied after that date.

  2. Eligibility

    1. The offer applies only to the specific service package identified in the relevant communication displayed within the control panel and/or email. It may not be transferred or applied to any other service package.

  3. Acceptance and Renewal

    1. By accepting the offer:
      1. The service package will be renewed for the same term and on the original contractual basis;
      2. The Fasthosts General Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Terms and Conditions available on Fasthosts website, which govern the provision of the service packages, will continue to apply.

  4. Pricing and VAT

    1. Any discount applied:
      1. Will be reflected on the renewal invoice;
      2. Is exclusive of VAT, which will be charged in addition at the current rate.
    2. Any discount applied under this offer is limited to the promotional period specified in the offer communication, even if the applicable service package renews on a monthly basis during that time. The discount will not apply to any renewals, upgrades, or modifications that occur after the end of the promotional period. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all future renewals or upgrades will be charged at the standard pricing in effect at the time, as displayed in the Control Panel.

  5. Limitations

    1. Unless otherwise stated:
      1. A renewal discount may be applied to more than one service package per eligible customer account, where specifically offered;
      2. The offer may not be combined with other offers or promotions;
      3. The offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.

  6. Right to Amend or Withdraw

    1. Fasthosts may withdraw or amend the offer at any time prior to acceptance, without notice, for legal, technical, or operational reasons.

  7. Governing Law

    1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
