Welcome Back Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer Validity

    1. This promotional offer ("Offer") applies to the specific package and contract terms outlined in the relevant communication and is valid for the period stated in that communication ("Offer Period"). The Offer Period will be as specified in the email or as displayed in the control panel.

  2. Eligibility

    1. The Offer applies only to service packages that are scheduled to be closed, but have not yet been cancelled at the start of the Offer Period. Service packages that have already been cancelled or closed are ineligible, and no data recovery or restoration will be possible in such cases.

  3. Scope of Offer

    1. The Offer applies exclusively to the specific service package identified in the relevant communication. It is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for a discount on any other service package.

  4. Pricing and Expiry

    1. Any discount offered:
      1. Is exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the applicable rate (currently 20%);
      2. Will expire at the end of the Offer Period, at which point the service package will revert to the standard pricing then in effect.
    2. Any discount applied under this Offer is valid only for the duration of the Offer Period, even if the applicable service package renews on a monthly or other recurring basis during that time. The discount will not apply to any renewals, upgrades, or modifications of the service package that occur after the expiration of the Offer Period.
    3. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all future renewals or upgrades will be charged at the standard pricing in effect at the time, as published on the Fasthosts website.

  5. Limitations

    1. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
      1. The Offer is limited to one use per eligible customer account;
      2. It may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts or offers;
      3. It has no cash value, is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for credit or monetary value.

  6. Right to Amend or Withdraw

    1. Fasthosts reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice, where reasonably required due to legal, technical, or operational reasons.

  7. Errors and Omissions

    1. Fasthosts accepts no liability for typographical or pricing errors in promotional communications and reserves the right to correct any such errors without liability.

  8. Governing Terms

    1. This Offer is subject to and incorporates the Fasthosts General Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Terms and Conditions available on Fasthosts website, which govern the provision of the service packages.

  9. Governing Law

    1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
